Paul is a Facilitator for The Alternative Board (TAB). He learned the ropes as a member of TAB for 14 years, while running his own successful business, before selling it. TAB (www.tabvancouver.com) is a small business advisory group, where you share all your business issues, with other like-minded business owners - that want to get more out of their business, as well as develop a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Those issues that typically arise in small businesses - are remarkably all the same, whether it's a trucking company, a consulting business, a bowling alley business, a construction contractor or an HVAC Custom Equipment Supplier. The TAB members who have stuck with it for at least 5 years: make more money, take more vacation, and when it comes time, they sell their businesses for higher multiples. Paul is a professional engineer who graduated from Electrical Engineering at Concordia University in Montreal. Paul’s career started as a sales engineer working for Trane Company from 1986 – 1999. In 1999 Paul founded HVAC Systems and Solutions Ltd, starting it on his own in the basement of his house. Before selling it in 2015, he had grown it to a $15M company with 23 employees.
