We have been in the Public and Private Sector Auctioneering Industry for the past 30 years. During this time we have been in joint ventures on various large projects with fellow Auctioneering firms. Since our inception we have conducted numerous Successful Auctions and Private Treaty Sales. These auctions and private treaty sales were mostly conducted in the legal arena. Premier Management specialises in Insolvencies with regards to Sequestration’s, Liquidations, Deceased Estate’s and Divorce Settlements. We do appraisals and valuations on fixed as well as movable assets. We did Auctions for IDC, LANDBANK, SANDF, SAPS and other Government and Municipal Institutions. We sell Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural Real Estate and all types of movable assets. We believe in the collective efforts and hard work of all role players in the industry, this collective effort of the main role players bring about the success which we all strive for. We have partnerships with SOC’S and all the Financial institutions, Life Assurers, Legal Firms, Property Portfolios and Trustees. Premier Management is already ahead of the Public and Private Sector Auctioneering industry due to our excellent relationship with all role players in the industry. Our vision is to become the largest independently owned online and onsite based disposal franchise platform in South Africa. The Auction future is about live and online real time auctions, with the main aim to have an actual auction on all assets. We give personal, individual attention to all our clients, from the smallest movables auction, to the largest movable and fixed asset disposal portfolios.
