As Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors, we have been accredited as Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) auditors by IRBA (Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors) to issue B-BBEE status level Certificates. With Big 4 experience both local and international, we understand the complexities of a business and we are in a position to guide the client in this process of unlocking the value of B-BBEE compliance. As auditors we offer our clients a total auditing solution through combining our B-BBEE service with the rest of our service offering. Majority of the information required to prepare for a B-BBEE audit is obtained from the client’s financial statements. Therefore as auditors we are in an advantageous position of making the process an expeditious and convenient one for the client. We can provide clients with a specialised Programme Management service, which allow us to guide and advise clients through the B-BBEE process, ensuring that the right steps are followed to achieve maximum business output by becoming B-BBEE compliant.
