Auer’s Moving and Rigging has been doing business in the New York City Metropolitan area since 1923. Having started from a storefront on York Ave on the Upper East Side over 90 years ago, we've grown to offices on Park Ave with locations in both Manhattan and the Bronx allowing us to service clients and customers in all five boroughs and beyond. Family owned and operated, constant growth and specialization have set Auer's Moving & Rigging apart from any other moving company in New York City. Over the years, we have developed into an independent, medium-sized moving company, with specialized services of hoisting and rigging to the transportation and building trade in the Tri-State area. Our hoisting and rigging services are unparalleled in New York City, to the point where "MOVE AUER WAY" is our signature slogan. In 2008 we celebrated our 85th Anniversary, and we continue to advance and improve the service we provide: Storage, Fine Art Packing/Crating, Warehousing, Commercial Relocation, Crane and Heavy Machinery Moving, in addition to our regular moving and rigging business. Our aim and ultimate goal have always been and always will be Complete Customer Satisfaction. Recently added to our portfolio of services are Climate Controlled Storage, Climate Controlled Truck Transport, Private Viewing Rooms, and Private Conference Rooms.
