Auerbach Funds is a privately held real estate investment firm seeking to provide investors with consistent returns while managing risk. We believe in the ability to create transformational change to assets, and in turn, to the communities surrounding them. We invest in distressed, deep value-add investments in both primary and secondary markets throughout the United States and follow an opportunistic strategy. We will invest in under-managed assets, distressed assets, REOs, and risk mitigated developments in the retail, industrial, office, multi-family, medical office and manufacturing asset classes. Auerbach Funds aims to partner with reliable and experienced operating partners throughout the United States in order to utilize their local expertise, relationships, and deal flow to create diversification and opportunity for our investors. Founded in 2016, Auerbach Funds manages over $640 million in total asset value, comprising of over 6.45 million square feet, across three close-ended funds. Auerbach’s opportunistic funds seek to make real estate investments across the U.S. that are distressed, mismanaged or under-performing assets within the multifamily, retail, senior housing and specialty classes.
