About Augmented Reality Tennis
The ART app allows students and coaches to place virtual targets over the net, to be used to visualize the location that the ball needs to pass through, to hit their target on court. The basis of the ART app is that a ball needs to cross over the net at a certain height, spin, speed, and angle to hit the target on the court. Placing the targets over the net provides a target for the student to visualize and focus on, when training. Coaches and students can place targets over the net in various locations for simple to complex patterns, track percentage of hits/misses, and make adjustments if needed, to better understand what location over the net needs to pass through to hit your target on the court.
