About Augsburg
SC AUGSBURG SRL is a Romanian manufacturing knitwear company, founded in 1990. We produce knitwear garments for all seasons and both genders at a premium and luxury standard, for International brands. Thanks to its experience year after year, the company has kept increasing its capacity of production and the quality of the products, improving its reputation worldwide. The core values are persistence, trust, passion and loyalty. We have continuously increased the number of knitting machines, and we now have the 58 SHIMA SEIKI machines on gages 3,5,6,8,12,14, as well as 14 computers for programs, and 1 brushing machine. This capacity allows us to manufacture from 50.000 to 70.000 pieces monthly and deliver the merchandise on time. Besides the knitting services we offer, the company is as well equipped with a complete range of sewing machines for assembling, ironing and high quality washing and drying machines. From the technological point of view, we are able to knit all kinds of structures that contain colored jacquard and structure jacquard, intarsia, lace model (with transfer), fully fashion on structure “single jersey”, RIP 2:1, RIP 3:2, structures “without needles”, pullovers with “V” collar, troyer, jackets, skirts, trousers . On the machines SES 122 RT (knitting machines with 4 fonts), we can as well produce fully fashion pieces, on structures “all needles”. Moreover, we also offer the service of purchasing the yarns based on the weight needed to complete the order. We’ve expertise in this and are able to buy all yarns: wool, mohair, cashmere, alpaca, silk, cotton, viscose, acrylic/cotton, acrylic/wool, metallic yarn… We make sure our collaborations run as smooth as possible with our partners and we satisfy their needs from the the moment we do samples until we deliver the merchandise.
