We are currently focusing on renovating residential properties and turning them into single room lets. This multi-let strategy triples the return on investment on a typical 3 bedroom, 2 reception room terrace buy-to-let. We're interested in connecting with three distinct types of investor: 1) Investors who want a better return on their money, far in excess the current bank rates; 2) Investors who want to be involved in a specific project with a share of the returns on completion; 3) Hands-on Investors with an interest in learning how to develop property profitably alongside our team. 4) Those Investors who want the provision of a turnkey service. This means investors looking for HMO’s of their own without the hassle of sourcing, developing and tenanting for themselves. Our target tenants are looking for high spec rooms, in shared accommodation, within a vibrant community, close to their place of work. Providing property for professional tenants has proven to be the most effective strategy for safe and secure cash flow.
