Founded during the pandemic in 2022, The AUSSIE Group of Companies began as a passion project by former Film and TV Executive Geoff Webb, who set out to perfect the iconic Aussie-style meat pie. What started with a humble recipe and a market stall at Portobello quickly grew into a thriving catering business, fuelled by word-of-mouth and a loyal following of Aussies and Brits alike. With the addition of Executive Chef Rob Weston, the company expanded into corporate and government catering, bringing a fresh, distinctly Australian touch to a wide range of events. Today, Aussie Shops – the latest venture in our hospitality portfolio – offers our signature pies and a curated selection of Australian goods online. We’re proud to be one of the UK’s only Australian-style hospitality groups, delivering high-quality food and beverages with our signature no-nonsense, friendly Aussie approach.
