About Austin Health Partners

Austin Health Partners was founded by 3 independent care centers in the Austin area – Cedar Park Pediatric & Family Medicine, Southwest Pediatrics, and Treehouse Pediatrics. We believe that independent physicians deliver the best quality care possible and we are here to continue to support them. So our mission is to help independent practices stay independent. Smaller independent practices can struggle to keep up to date on value-based contracts, quality metrics and government regulations. Many practices are considering either closing their doors or selling their practice to hospital systems or larger corporations. We started this group for exactly these reasons. We firmly believe that physicians should be the leaders in healthcare and that independent practices provide better care at lower costs. Austin Health Partners is comprised of independent practices that have joined under one Tax ID number. We have maintained our independent office, or care centers, with our own practice name, nurses, office managers and staff. We have decreased overhead significantly by creating a Central Business Office with professionals who manage billing, human resources, marketing and accounting for our care centers so that you can focus on caring for your patients. To us, this is more than a job, it’s the health of our community.
