About Australia's Manuka
We believe nature holds the key to our good health and wellbeing. Honey, from our hives to your home. Every step of the way we manage and care for our bees naturally by organic principles. At Australia’s Manuka we cold extract our raw honey to preserve the MGO and its many phenolic compounds that give our honey its powerful healing qualities and delicious taste. Our Manuka honey is a rich bioactive superfood which is used for internal health and topical skin conditions. Our family business began in 1996 as ‘Tyagarah Apiaries’ and has grown to become Australia’s Manuka Pty Ltd. We were one of the first beekeepers to commercially harvest Manuka honey in Australia and we are currently managing over 1,000 beehives. We have long term relationships with research groups and universities. We continue to contribute to studying and identifying the high potency Manuka plants and the bioactive compounds in the honey. Australian Manuka honey is our family’s passion and vocation. We have a wealth of scientific knowledge about Manuka honey and its benefits. We also have expertise in harvesting, testing and maturing our raw, high quality, bioactive Manuka honey.
