Founder Susann Remke is an executive coach who inspires and supports senior leaders, high-potentials and private clients to excel in authentic leadership & self-leadership. She works predominantly with corporate clients from the European digital space, in English and/or German. Her mission is to re-imagine leadership together with her clients — to make careers better for all. After a 15+ years corporate career in various leadership positions, she founded Authentic Leadership Coaching. Susann is deeply committed to not only help her clients peak-perform in today’s VUCA/BANI world but also help them thrive at the same time. She is an academically trained coach (alma mater: Henley Business School) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard in the professional coaching world. Her coaching draws on 25 years of Positive Psychology and Neuroscience research to bring her clients the most impactful levers for becoming an authentic leader. She creates conversations that orchestrate a process of habit formation, building up positive authentic (self-) leadership habits for executives, high-potentials and individuals. Susann has a background as a leading journalist and corporate communications executive with national and international experience in the US, Europe, and especially Germany. She is experienced in leading international teams with whom she implemented innovative, strategic communication plans in a newsroom setting. She is also a frequent public speaker/conference moderator and has written a bestselling novel. Her specialties are: storytelling, digital leadership, strategic communication, crisis communication, CEO positioning, and thought leadership. In the coaching space, her areas of coaching/consulting/sparring expertise include: Executive, Leadership, Women in Leadership, High Potential Coaching, Transition Coaching, Self-leadership Coaching and Communication Consulting.
