Autism Forward, Inc. is an education, advocacy, and coaching group serving the Northwest and Southwest regions of Michigan. Providing services to families, schools, and communities, our goal is to educate and prepare ALL individuals for life-long success and independence; Individuals with autism, their families, friends, peers, educators, healthcare providers, co-workers, and communities at-large. Autism Forward uses evidence based practices such as Parent Implemented Intervention, Peer Mediated Instruction and Intervention, Self Management, Social Skills Groups, Video Modeling, and Visual Supports to inform and provide strategies for implementation. From home to school and into the community, it is integral that adults and children alike are aware of what autism is, what it looks like, and how embracing it can enhance lives. At Autism Forward, we hold the highest standards for our customers. We have seen the transformation of families through engagement and high expectations, which has restored hope for an independent life, and the family structure that was once dreamt about.
