About Autistic Heroes

Autistic Heroes is a social enterprise dedicated to providing personal development services for adults on the autistic spectrum. Our goal is to empower individuals to thrive by helping them identify and utilise their strengths, and discover meaning and purpose in their lives. We offer a variety of one-on-one coaching packages, all available online, including a starter package designed to help you identify your goals and take steps toward achieving them. These sessions draw from my own experiences as someone who received a late diagnosis on the autistic spectrum. From 2020 to 2023, we conducted weekly online workshops for autistic adults, along with a few hybrid and in-person gatherings. These workshops covered a wide range of topics aimed at building self-awareness and resilience, and they were funded by the National Lottery's Community Fund. Additionally, we collaborated with Community Catalysts CIC on their Valuable and Vulnerable project, where we designed and facilitated workshops for autistic adults who had been formally or informally shielding during the pandemic. We are also thankful for the support and training we've received from Lloyd's Bank School of Social Entrepreneurs, the Initiative for Social Entrepreneurs' Digbeth Fuse Programme, and UnLtd's Leaders with Lived Experience programme.
