I was 28 when I got my autism diagnosis. Finally, everything made sense... and somehow, nothing did. I walked away with a diagnostic label, a report, and a “What is autism?” leaflet - but no real-world support. No guidance on what this meant for my identity, my career, or how to rebuild a life that actually worked for me. I didn’t need to know why I am the way I am - I needed practical guidance. A mentor. Someone who'd been on the same frustrating journey. So I became that person. Backed by my own lived experience, a Master’s in Psychology, and research into the experiences of late-diagnosed autistic women, I founded Autistically Untangled™ - practical, strengths-based mentoring that helps you untangle the 'messy middle' between diagnosis and the life you want to lead. I support autistic women in navigating: Career pivots (i.e job changes, and applications) Reframing your autistic identity Building self-advocacy skills Exploring sensory needs, and executive function Only 40% of late-diagnosed autistic adults in the UK are offered any post-diagnostic support. I’m here to change that with honest, empowering, research-informed mentoring. A diagnosis doesn’t come with a manual (our autistic brains would definitely love one). So, I’m here to help you write your own.
