After spending over seven years as an automation engineer in different types of industries, The AutoRise President and Founder, Piotr Tracichleb, saw that there was a niche to fill in the recruiting world. "I had worked with countless recruiters throughout my career and never liked the experience," he thought. "No one ever took the time to really understand what I was looking for, to talk with me and truly understand my needs. It seemed like the recruiters I worked with would just attempt me to push me into the role I didn't dig hoping I would maybe find it interesting, wasting both mine, and the company's valuable time." It's a timeless philosophy, but one that a surprising few have decided to adopt in the recruiting industry: quality over quantity. The AutoRise was born from the simple idea that recruiters should understand the jobs they are looking to fill, inside and out.
