We're an experienced team of consultants, engineers, system architects and DevOps practitioners covering all major facets of IT systems including Infrastructure, Networks, Databases, Converged Communications and Software Design and Development. We are typically engaged by clients whose ICT systems often have no formal vendor support often due to the vendor no longer being in business or where their ICT has past it's 'end of life'. Often we find that clients in-house IT teams don't have any experience of the systems, you have lost software source code or no longer retain the skills necessary to support your systems. We operate in conjunction with your existing ICT resources or independently of existing teams as additional resource so we're able to be highly focused on problem solving or managing just one aspect of your ICT estate. Unlike many contemporary IT consultancies our many years of experience (our consultants have 20 years' plus in the ICT industry) have exposed us to many different technologies as our team started in the industry in the 90's prior to the internet era. This 'legacy' IT knowledge and experience is invaluable to organisations whose ICT personnel often have not grown up in that era and therefore don't possess the skills and background knowledge which are critical to ensuring systems continue to run until such time they can be replaced or superseded with newer generation technology which your own personnel can provide ongoing support and maintenance.
