About Autumn Construction Services
Autumn Construction Services, Inc. is a WBE/DBE mechanical construction contractor providing mechanical construction, professional services, general trades, and HVAC services for municipal agencies, commercial, and institutional clients. Autumn self-performs mechanical piping, equipment installation work, and mechanical and preventative maintenance services. Autumn's professional staff provides owner’s representation services including program management, project management, construction inspection, construction safety, and quality assurance for our client’s construction programs and projects. Our qualifications also include LEED sustainability and systems commissioning services. Autumn Construction Services, Inc. was established by Susan Nelson in 1995 to provide project management and mechanical systems expertise to Chicago area owners and contractors. Initially, Autumn’s MEP systems expertise helped clients develop and manage new construction projects and/or building systems renovation programs. In 2005, Autumn expanded its construction project management capabilities with the addition of staff professionals with backgrounds in architectural, civil, and structural disciplines. Autumn professional staff manages programs and projects at both Chicago's international airports, as well as for the Illinois Tollway transportation systems. In 2009, the firm expanded its services to include mechanical contracting and systems commissioning, and sustainability services.
