This, coupled with our extensive knowledge of polyurea and polyurethane technology enables us to provide our services within the following sectors: • Oil, gas & renewables –We design and manufacture surface and subsea buoyancy modules using rotational moulding and polyurethane foam. Some of our clients include Trinity house, Tekmar, Supergrip, Swansea University and Sub Sea Energy Solutions. • Industrial – Our bespoke wear and corrosion resistant coatings are used extensively in the mining, quarrying and other high wear environments. This includes hoppers, augers, storage vessels and pump casings to name a few. Some of our clients include LNG, FLSmidth, Van Oord, Aggregate Industries and Boskalis. • Defence – We have developed a number of novel uses for polyurea and polyurethanes for the DSTL. As part of an SME, we have successfully completed a number of Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) projects for the open call for innovation. Some of these include COSK (Phase 1, 2 & 3), F-Gap (phase 1 & 2) and VAPs (phase 1). • Retail – We manufacture retail displays and changing room seating. Our clients include Primark, Studio XAG, Cardinal shop Fitting, Dula and Railston. • Civils – We carry out geo-stabilisation and concrete jacking using polyurethane resins. Our specialist polyurea protective coatings are used to waterproof multi-story carparks, bridges, tunnels and primary/secondary containments. We can apply up to 900 sq.m. of polymer per day. Some of our clients include Sika, Restek UK, Highways England, Eurovia and Local Authorities.
