Avacend Solutions Private Limited was established in 2003 as a project business to meet the first 2G network rollout and deployment needs of customers in 2003. After being a dominant player in the industry with our 30000 BTS site deployment, Avacend diversified into Staffing from Turnkey projects. As 3G deployment came to an end, Avacend had a huge advantage of its resource pool and market network to redeploy most of its turnkey resources to the Staff Augmentation model. This led to a huge volume of business with large customers like Nokia, Ericsson and ALU. Avacend primarily worked with OEMs in India and experienced an exponential growth in terms of Revenue, Talent and Global exposure. Avacend was one of the initial service providers to Samsung and we quickly ramped up our deliverables to meet the clients’ fast expectations. Avacend got awarded the global Samsung partnership contract to reverse outsource Korean expats to India to design and deploy the LTE network. About 50 expats were managed by Avacend for a period of over 2 years. Avacend has partnered with all major OEMs in the technical domain of Telecom, IT and Networking. Avacend has had a great 2019 – 2020 with the addition of coveted clients like Infosys and CISCO. Avacend’s core services offerings provide a unique combination of Staffing, Turnkey and Managed Services in various industries.
