Avant-Garde Concepts was created to support small businesses that aim to compete and succeed in the government sector. As part of this mission, we aim to serve small businesses that often face unique challenges in managing their contracts due to limited resource availability, organizational time constraints, confined expertise and focus, as well as other infrastructure influences outside their control. Avant-Garde Concepts can assist as a Fractional Contract Support Office (FCSO). Our FCSO services are designed to provide GovCon small businesses with on-demand, expert contract management and compliance support without the overhead of a full-time, in-house contracts team. Our FCSO services can include as aspects of Contracts Lifecyle Management support, Regulatory Compliance, Program and Contracts Administration, GSA Schedule(s) Contract Management, and more customizable services to fit specific business needs.
