About Avant Supported Living

Our Mission: To create programs and partnerships enabling our team to become more effective mentors and caregivers to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. To collaborate with industry professionals to ensure participants thrive and remain safe and healthy in the community. Founded in 2019, Avant Supported Living is a family-owned organization that focuses on caring for and empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to help them lead rich, positive, and fulfilling lives. By collaborating in a relaxed and respectful environment, our team works toward reaching individualized goals so people of all abilities may achieve their potential. 𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 We provide a place for adults ages 18 through 64 to focus on acquiring, improving, and maintaining real-life skills while socializing with their peers so they may be active in their communities outside their homes. 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 We are committed to enabling people with disabilities to become fully integrated into their communities. Through our Shared Living program, our team supports building skills to live as independently as possible. 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒚𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔 Our Supported Employment Services program assists those with disabilities gain work-related experience, find meaningful employment, and retain their jobs. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 We provide individuals with in-home respite, one to one caregive support, specialized devices, and assistance so they may increase their abilities to perform activities of daily living and communicate more effectively with those around them.
