About Avanti Strategies
Avanti Strategies provides leadership development and executive coaching services to women in science, medicine, and engineering to increase their professional effectiveness and satisfaction. Coaching is a process that helps people move from where they are to where they want to be. Using the Sherpa Executive Coaching process, we work face to face with clients for a fixed period of time, typically one hour, once a week for 12 weeks, and focus on improving work related behaviors. We believe our clients are successful physicians and scientists because of the strengths they already possess. But it’s only by identifying, acknowledging, and improving weaknesses in work related behavior that our clients rise above the pack and reach new heights in their careers.
