At AvantiCure, we believe that a patient’s access to medical treatment information should be independent of the patient's geographic location or socioeconomic standing. The AvantiCure solution is taking the luck out of finding consistent treatment option information with a revolutionary feedback loop that incentivizes medical R&D groups to provide their patients with the information they desperately need. We believe that crowdsourcing both information and funds will create a symbiotic relationship that has not yet existed so individuals facing chronic or terminal conditions/illnesses/diseases can quickly access consistent, organized, and up to date treatment option information. AvantiCure is interested in solving the two fundamental problems facing medical treatment information disparity: one, incomplete information for individuals facing medical treatment decisions and two, medical R&D's closed community with limited exposure to public funds and opinions. Our platform is a three-facet solution. First, we provide patients portals for private consumers to identify applicable treatment options (including the FDA approved options, clinical trials, and off-label therapies), invest in medical R&D, and offer hope for a cure. Next, we provide Project Initiators with a space to share their research, earn supplemental funding from private consumers and focus their research towards cures that will make an impact in the world-wide community. Finally, AvantiCure offers customers and Project initiators continual support and quality assurance to guarantee only current, updated, and relevant research is featured.
