From the first loan to the present, Avec and its predecessors have granted hundreds of millions of dollars in credit. Avec is a relationship lender, building relationships with our borrowers that will span the hills and valleys of the economic cycle. We are organized to provide short-term financing for investment real estate projects. Although rooted firmly in single-family, residential construction financing, we have expanded to include other aspects of the construction market, such as, multi-family construction and development, small land development projects, commercial, and income producing projects.
