The kitchen is brought to you by operator and minority partner Abdias Noskin and Maureen Mika, they have brought coffee by the most popular roasters from cape may for their Philly debut. Serving the best blends from the newly famous Cape May Roasters, and a menu dedicated to fresh ingredients sourced in small batches from local vendors sets Queen Village’s newest coffee shop apart from the rest. Located at 935 E Passyunk across from the Royal Tavern. We strive to bring a healthy locally provisioned and sourced health conscious menu to the neighborhood. The team includes a seasoned fine dining chef as well as the 30 year veteran of the industry and macrobiotic specialist. The investment group is made up of one of South Philadelphia’s notable realtors Jonathan B. Currier, who started helping his parents in their health food store at the age of 4. He used to run away from healthy fare, but has come around to a new respect for wholesome healthy cuisine. He shares ownership with his partners who oversee the parent corporation. Serving our own blends from the worlds greatest fair trade and organic sources, roasted to perfection by Cape May Roasters. The choice to go with the shore’s most popular roaster to get our signature blends was an easy one. The quality stands the test with the most rigorous of aficionados and with anyone who has had a chance to taste them. Featuring Sumatran, Blue Mountain, Indonesian, Mexican, Columbian, Venezuelan, and many others from places around the world in their pure state as well as blended together for our signature flavor.
