Avenues 2 Work is a professional, knowledgeable, full service training provider that offers tailored training to meet your individual and business needs. We understand that when it comes to training, "one size doesn’t fit all". Consequently, many organisations have a specific training need which is not answered by open courses or off-the-shelf training programmes. At Avenues 2 Work we have extensive experience in designing and running in-company training. In addition, we also develop blended learning solutions that seamlessly fit a bespoke training requirement, reflecting the client’s image, brand and values. We provide high quality training services to suit a variety of industry and business sectors. Our training courses include (but are not limited to); Tyre Technicians course Motor Mechanics and vehicle awareness Health and Safety Construction skills and trades Key employment skills Avenues 2 Work is also currently working towards supporting apprentices and are developing ties within a custodial setting to help offenders return to employment and link them to our partners. We work together with employers to develop tailored training solutions and offer a full recruitment and selection service for our learners through our close partnership with our cross industry partners such as Toadfish - Jobs and Careers.
