We aim to provide full services from practical completion, pre-opening handover and further to full building services . Our aim is to create an environment whereby the customer have one point of contact for all its business and building needs. Not only all initial Practical completions and pre-openings works are covered, but also we take on board all aspect of servicing and repairs on all building fabrics and equipment. Our initial involvement starts from P.C Handover (Practical Completion Handover), approx. 4 to 6 weeks duration to complete all works for transition of the building from the contractors to the property owners. The second stage, Pre-Opening handover approx. 4 to 6 weeks, we work towards the setting up of the property and handover to the operations team up to the opening day: ▪ Access control ▪ Keys and key cards control ▪ Snagging and de-snagging ▪ Liaison with contractors / sub-contractors during P.C and pre-opening. ▪ Deliveries and good inwards. ▪ Security ( static / petrol) Once the building is handed over to the client / operator, we can offer our building services to the customer covering full accept of equipment servicing, legalities and mandatory testings' and certifications including any repairs works on all equipment and building fabrics subject to contract.
