About Avianna Harries

I'm a healer driven by a passion for igniting the fire of self-love, self-acceptance, self-value and empowerment within all human beings. As a child, I was expected to be a perfect little girl, bury my feelings and silence my voice. As an adult, I maintained a false façade of perfection, internalized my stress and suppressed my feelings. I felt like a fraud and was deeply critical of myself; it took a toll on me mentally, emotionally and physically. By age 50, I was deeply unhappy, angry, resentful, unhealthy and burned out. My healing journey began in 2010 when I began studying Reiki, Quantum Human Design, the Quantum Alignment System, crystal therapy, equine therapy, earth wisdom and Native American traditions. Through my studies and healing work, I have become happier, healthier and more self-confident than I ever thought possible. I have dropped the mask, and I am no longer afraid to be seen or heard. I have learned how to silence my inner critic and be my authentic self. I believe in my value, love myself unconditionally and trust my inner wisdom. When emotional pain is trapped within your energy field, it may present itself as extreme self-judgment, self-sabotage and shame. You may feel powerless, unable to move forward and you may wear a metaphorical mask to hide your pain from the world. This is not only mentally and physically exhausting, but it may also lead to physical pain and illness. You don’t have to continue to live in this manner. I can help you heal the false narrative holding you back from living authentically. I’ll share the knowledge and skills I have gained through my personal journey and my extensive studies so you can release your pain and embrace your true authentic self.
