We are a development and property management group that designs, builds and manages multifamily communities for rent. We are unique in that we conceptualize projects, bring them into reality and manage the community and the needs of our residents for years to come. Our communities are meticulously designed with the resident in mind, since our biggest priority is to maximize tenant retention. Therefore, we strive to design something beautiful, as well as a living space that maximizes functionality. We spend hundreds of hours designing the living environment to ensure every square inch is utilized efficiently, allowing us to enhance the overall living experience. With that in mind, we focus as much on the outside as we do the inside. This means creating an exterior that is not only visually striking but one that augments the interior layout and square footage. We ensure that the grounds and common areas are inviting and create a true feeling of home... A big part of maximizing tenant retention is offering quality service to our residents. We manage our communities with the intention of making our residents’ experience as easy and efficient as possible. We use a web based system to give our residents access to everything they need online, at their fingertips. Using our web platform, residents can easily make payments, submit maintenance requests, share and receive documents, communicate with our staff and even acquire renters insurance from one easy to access website.
