About Aviation Port Services
Aviation Port Services, L.L.C. was formed in the 3rd quarter of 2007 given an opportunity to fill a void in service left at both Oakland and San Diego International airports. We began operations handling both Passenger and Ramp services for a very progressive Airbus narrow body aircraft operator. We had the experience, equipment and financial backing to exceed the level of service of our competitors and begin operations in October of the same year. We quickly earned respect of the industry with consistent on-time performance, outstanding customer service and a fair and competitive price point of our services. In addition to full ramp handling, passenger services and cabin grooming of both narrow-body and wide-body passenger aircraft we were certified to provide passenger screening of both private and public charters. Through this endeavour we were able to provide screening to over 100 aircraft and 18 different professional sports teams and groups. Names inclusive of the National Basketball Association, National Football League and Major League Baseball. We have provided full ground handling logistics to the U.S. Department of Defence in support of flights through Oakland. Our flexibility has allowed us to sign diversion handling contracts with some of the world’s largest International Carriers.
