About Aviation Security Consulting
Aviation Security Consulting, Inc. (ASC) provides aviation security and operations expertise to airports and airlines as well as participates in joint ventures with aviation-related firms. The company was established in 2007 by Lori L. Beckman who is President/CEO. As former Deputy Director of Public Safety and Security at Denver International Airport, Ms. Beckman has extensive leadership experience in Airport Operations and Public Safety and Security and has provided guidance and coordination of aviation security policy on national and international levels. Ms. Beckman has broad experience with Operational and Security Planning, Risk and Threat Assessments, Security Program design, Airport Emergency Plans, National Incident Management Project Management, Review and Analysis of Federal regulations and policies; and implementation of ICAO Annex 17 standards and recommendations. ASC works with commercial service airports regarding a multitude of security and operational issues. Examples include access control system audits, requirements and specifications; Identity Management System implementation, security staffing requirements and auditing of security positions and procedures to ensure compliance with federal requirements. ASC provides business development assistance for aviation companies, serves as an aviation security Expert Witness, consults with general aviation airports, conducts assessments and develops elevated security programs for high-risk aviation activities.
