Located in Horsham, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia, Avo's headquarters is comprised of a 41,000 square foot manufacturing facility that features 22,000 square feet of clean room space. All production is ISO 9001:2015 and 13485:2016 certified to ensure consistent manufacturing. Additional design verification is performed at Avo's campus in Toronto, Ontario. Avo is part of Halma’s photonics division, along with Labsphere, Ocean Optics, and Fluxdata. Halma makes products for hazard detection and life protection and is a market leader in specialist electronic, safety and environmental technologies.
