Locally owned and community involved. Avonlea Homes has been an Award Winning Home Builder in Lethbridge for over 15 years. Building high quality, stylish, affordable and efficient homes; using only earth friendly practices in the building of their sustainable homes. At Avonlea Homes, we are committed to bring the best new home experience to our customers through bold design, superior quality, and gain a customer for life. With over 30 floor plans to choose from or custom-built your dream home, we always offer a great selection of new homes available for quick possession all over the City of Lethbridge. Avonlea Homes Ltd. Was incorporated in January 1995. By 1998 the focus of the company turned to the “spec home” market building every class of home from entry level to high end homes. In 2002 and 2004 Avonlea expanded our operations to Medicine Hat, and Grande Prairie; both being very active growth markets with great potential. During this time in Lethbridge, Avonlea expanded by creating Avonlea Land Corp. Ltd. This allowed a steady supply of land to build homes on. In 1999 Avonlea Homes secured the STARS Lottery Home contract to build the Lethbridge home in the annual provincial lottery, and have been building them ever since. The STARS Lottery home has become Avonlea’s main focus for fundraising in Lethbridge. 13 years ago the Stars Lottery Home approached us to participate in their program. Since then, every year, we design and build our most prestigious home.
