Sacred . Sovereign . Simple I believe that life is an ongoing sacred ceremony and that all of life holds something of the divine within it. I believe that to be our best selves and contribute the most to our community, we must be sovereign and develop ourselves as strong individuals. I also believe that life lived to it's fullest is more simple than we make it out to be. AWAKEN: Life Coaching + Bodywork was initiated in 2015 in the Black River Valley of Northern New York between the Tug Hill Plateau and the Adirondack Mountains based on these three core beliefs. With a deep lifelong connection to massage (that's led to 15 years of professional hands-on experience in the Spa/Bodywork field), energy work (that's provided 20 years of research and application of energy medicine), and self-knowing, grounded in my love for nature and it's potent healing capabilities, I have brought AWAKEN into reality to help others become initiated in self-care practices and reclaim their sacred nature in Northern New York.
