About AWC Grief Support
Andrea Warnick, RN, MA, RP and Colleen Mousseau, M.Ed, RP, are co-owners and operators of AWC Grief Support. They first met in 2012 through their roles as Children’s Grief Counsellors through the Max and Beatrice Wolfe Children’s Centre and the Dr. Jay Children's Grief Centre in Toronto, quickly recognising their shared passion for supporting grieving children, youth and families experiencing the death and dying of someone close to them. Andrea founded AWC in 2014, and she and Colleen became partners in the practice in 2022. AWC Grief Support is a group therapy practice that is reflective of Andrea and Colleen’s collective knowledge and sensitivity to the needs of those who are grieving, while providing connection, community and support.
