It is responsible for collecting and managing the first devolved Welsh taxes; Land Transaction Tax and Landfill Disposals Tax on behalf of Welsh Government. The revenue raised will help support Welsh public services. The WRA is committed to supporting the delivery of a fairer tax system for Wales by introducing a new Welsh way of doing tax, termed as, Our Approach.
