Founded by Dylan Ladda in January 2025, Ax2 is the culmination of years of exploration in the hospitality industry. A lifelong passion for hospitality first transformed into a business endeavor in 2021 with the launch of Crooked Capra Cocktail Club in Charleston, South Carolina, a cocktail development and catering group. Upon returning to New York, Dylan joined Major Food Group, working at their Michelin-starred restaurant and bar, Torrisi, before eventually leaving to establish Ax2. Drawing inspiration from his travels, Dylan’s vision for Ax2 is to introduce a new concept to New York City—bringing together the best elements of hospitality from around the globe to cultivate truly unique and memorable experiences.
