Axial Innovative Solutions was established on the basis of a very simple concept: To give our customers a powerful warehouse execution system (WES) software tool that is simple to use, and to have fun while doing it! Steve Jobs once said, “Technology is nothing. What’s important is that you have a faith in people, that they’re basically good and smart, and if you give them tools, they’ll do wonderful things with them.” Inspired by Jobs’ thoughts, Axial’s leaders are committed to providing an open software platform and to giving our customers the source code. Simply put: Our code is your code. And, because you own the code, there will never be license fees to use it. Are we worried you’ll terminate our relationship immediately after implementation? In a word, no. If we do the job that you engaged us to do, you will love working with us and have no reason to change software partners. But if you do decide to make a change, that’s okay too. Companies change, cultures change, missions and values change. Change is part of life, and we understand. Speaking of change, however, sometimes a product works so well “as is” that an operation doesn’t want to make any changes to it — ever. Axial understands the need to maintain the status quo. That’s why we will never force any customer to upgrade their software, nor will we ever sunset one of our platforms. Your operation and its Axial WES will always be supported, regardless of the version you’re running.
