About Axxicon

Axxicon has produced high-tech injection moulds systems for decades now. These mould systems are being developed, engineered, manufactured and validated for customers all over the world and that is why Axxicon is preferred supplier in many industries such as: •AIM moulds for polymer property testing •Medical & diagnostic industry •Life sciences industry •Microfluidics •Lab-on-a-disc / chip •OLED moulding Our factory is fully equipped to reach the ever-increasing high technical qualifications, which are expected of these parts and we will offer our customers a full service concept. Axxicon initially started in the moulding of micro and nano structures by manufacturing the very first moulds for Philips by producing optical storage media in the early 1980's. Axxicon used this knowledge in the area of injection moulding of ultra-flat, high precision parts. Our speciality is not only the replication of microstructures, but also our precise measurements, made possible by our in-house laboratory in which we use equipment like a Zeiss Prismo Super ACC, Atomic Force and Optical Microscopes.
