There is not a lack of talent, but some talent just doesn’t have the mentorship/knowledge/resources they need to thrive. ✨ Some mentors don’t have the mentees they need to pass on all that they know to the next generation of leadership. From this seed of realization, came the fruit of AYAP, the Association of Young Automotive Professionals. AYAP was founded to bridge the gap & promote the core set of standards of excellence that it takes to achieve excellence in one’s professional life while advancing the industry of Automotive as a whole. We search for folks in our industry who are committed to business principles of excellence that are proven to create & sustain long term success. Our programs allow our members to quantify their current skills, connect with other members to sharpen these skills & have a bedrock of resources available to help them fortify the qualities it takes to be a strong leader.
