Ayr is Scotland's premier Racecourse and only Grade 1 track. It is home to the jewels in the crown of Scottish Racing – the Coral Scottish Grand National Festival in April and the William Hill Ayr Gold Cup Festival in September. Racing throughout the year, and with some 32 racing fixtures in 2019, both jumps and flat. A 5* VisitScotland attraction we are also one of only six UK Racecourses to hold the Racehorse Owners Association Gold Award.
