Ayubowan is an award-winning Sri Lankan street food brand known for delivering authentic, vibrant, and mouth-watering flavours. Our concept is designed to bring the warmth and excitement of Sri Lanka to the heart of the UK, with venues across Derbyshire, West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire. We focus on offering an immersive culinary experience that celebrates Sri Lankan culture, food, and hospitality. As part of our growing brand, we are proud to feature two unique dining experiences: Ayubowan Street Food: Designed specifically for food halls, Ayubowan Street Food offers a vibrant selection of Sri Lankan-inspired dishes in a fast-casual format. Our first location is operating in Sheffield Plate, located in Sheffield's Orchard Square shopping centre, and our second location will soon open in Bradford as part of the Darley Street Market. These sites reflect our commitment to bringing authentic Sri Lankan street food to a wider audience in dynamic, community-focused spaces. Ayubowan Restaurant Brand: Our restaurants provide a more immersive experience, offering traditional Sri Lankan dishes in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Glossop (Derbyshire): Our flagship restaurant, which opened in 2013, is a charming escape in the heart of Glossop town centre. With a warm ambiance and an outdoor Street Food Bar, it's the perfect spot to enjoy Sri Lankan tapas and cocktails, especially on summer evenings. Halifax (West Yorkshire): Our first franchised restaurant, opened in June 2022. Located in the heart of Halifax, it quickly became a local favourite, offering our signature street food dishes and curated cocktails in a vibrant setting.
