Azimuth Zero was founded in Los Angeles, CA with a goal to remain small, local, and dedicated to its clients. We bring significant Design Build expertise on public projects, focusing primarily on aviation/transportation, healthcare, and higher education. Many established PM/CM firms provide great quality services to their clients. Due to their size however, they cannot always tailor such services to the client’s particular needs, especially when design-build and collaborative project management expertise is required at the leadership level. This is where Azimuth Zero comes in. By partnering with these large firms, or directly working with the client, we aim to focus on service quality, relevant experience, and a tailored approach. Azimuth Zero offers a true integrated and collaborative approach to design, construction, and project management, and focus on building partnerships between all participants throughout the project’s process. This is all we do, and this is who we are. Our Services: PM/CM teams have traditionally resorted to “partnering” to mixed results. We aim to change how partnering has been performed on projects and streamline the process as part of daily project management. Starting with project procurement and how the contract language is developed, and all the way through project delivery and day to day processes, we are there performing triple duty: project strategy, project management, and team integration.
