Azmera is a Process and Technology services company for the Wine and Agricultural Industries. We deliver solutions that are grounded in People, Processes and Systems. We offer three services to Wine and Agriculture: ♦ ERP Implementation > JD Edwards & NuTrax; ♦ Lean-based Continuous Improvement and Process Management; ♦ IT Management and Project Services. In many cases, components of all three services are delivered together, but they can also be a standalone service. ♦♦ JD Edwards We provide design, implementation and upgrade consulting for Oracle's JD Edwards ERP software with a special focus on the Grower, Grower Pricing and Payments, and Blend modules. We're quite possibly the only JD Edwards consulting company focusing solely on Wine and Ag. ♦♦ NuTrax for Wine and NuTrax for Agriculture Working with the NuTrax team at NuVerge, we can implement the Wine and Agriculture applications integrating to your existing ERP or systems, or as part of a comprehensive Nextworld ERP implementation. ♦♦ Lean-based Continuous Improvement (CI) & Process Management From process modelling to a full-blown CI program, we can your business and people operate more effectively and efficiently. Our CI methodology is modeled on Lean and adapted for Wine and Agriculture, but we are not dogmatic adherents and tailor our approach to your business's unique needs. ♦♦ IT Management and Project Services We provide various project services including Project Management, Change Management, Vendor Assessment and Management, System Assessment and Selection, and Requirements Discovery; acting as an independent voice especially for smaller and mid sized companies. We also offer Consulting CIO / IT Management services for smaller companies, helping you develop strategies, five-year plans, and help manage your IT investment.
