About B&B/Rural Hotel El Molino Santisteban
El Molino Santisteban is only 45 minutes from Málaga Airport, 60 minutes from Ronda and 25 minutes from the beaches of Marbella in the province of Andalucía. Situated on the banks of the river El Río Grande and close to the magnificent Natural Park Sierra de Las Nieves. It is built in typical Andalucian style around a central courtyard with little channels and a fountain and located next to the 600-year-old watermill where the owners live. Water is all around in the nearby river and in the little channels (acequias) that used to turn on the watermill. This makes the surroundings verdant, fertile and refreshing especially in the hotter summer months. All six spacious rooms have their own bathroom and are located around the patio and all have wonderful views of the countryside. In the lush gardens there are many shady and sunny places to sit and a swimming pool to cool down in. In the background, one can always hear the play of water from El Río Grande and the watermill. Next to the swimming pool, you find the self-service bar that is always open and there is a fully equipped guest kitchen that can be used at all times. In the evening we serve a three-course dinner, outside on one of the terraces or in the dining hall of our watermill. Using El Molino Santisteban as a base, there are numerous cultural, sporting and other activities to be enjoyed such as a visit to the cities of Ronda or Granada, playing golf on one of the many courses on the Costa del Sol or walks in the Natural Park Sierra de las Nieves and horseriding in the direct vicinity. Guests are attracted to its rural setting, personal service and easy-going atmosphere. The fact that every night a lovely dinner is served, makes El Molino Santisteban a Rural B&B/Hotel. El Molino Santisteban is very suitable to rent in its entirety by groups, families and friends. Let yourself be surprised by this oasis in the Sierra and made to feel welcome!
