Offering both performance and rhythm-based classes, we ride together as a group, led by inspirational instructors who coach, support and motivate as you reach your personal best. Our classes are 30, 45 or 60 minutes, blending high-intensity cardio with muscle-sculpting strength training. The lights go down, the sound system goes up, playing B.SPOKE playlists, designed by our instructors to motivate your mind, body, and soul. Whether you’re looking to improve your mood and energy, burn fat, tone muscles or improve your cardio fitness, B.SPOKE classes are designed to give you everything you need. We provide the clip in cycling shoes, lockers with USB charging points* to store your items whilst you work-out and our first class changing facilities, include showers, towels, hair dryers and toiletries.
