About B1 Recycling
B1’s mission is to create a scalable and translatable recycle, waste, and energy solution for rural and urban communities while providing new industry and economic opportunities for areas that adopt this sustainable model. Through innovation, proven technology, and systematic planning, B1 is developing a pilot facility that mimics nature in our vision of a “living power and material facility” where every process, byproduct, and co-product feeds and perpetuates another. This creates a complete, closed-loop, micro system for reducing waste and greenhouse gasses while producing beneficial energy and products for the community it serves. Just as nature uses multiple interconnected systems specific to its environment, so does B1’s process. B1 strives to create sustainable, renewable, and regenerative communities. Currently, we are part of the 2023 Ascent Business Accelerator Program through the Chaffee County EDC, and actively raising start-up capital in the launch phase.
