About Babs & JoJo

We are Babs (Barbara) and JoJo (Joao), a Portuguese couple who quit their jobs and embarked on a journey to discover the world. After living most of our lives in Portugal, we settled in the UK for 4 years. In early 2019 we decided to quit our jobs and sell most of our stuff in order to embrace a new experience in Australia. We applied for a Working Holiday Visa which would allow us to work and travel for one year. We landed in Melbourne in June of the same year. We've saved money while working for 6 months, bought a car and equipped it for the journey of our lives: A road-trip across Australia.
