www.babyandyou.com.au Baby & You stems from our observation of families seeking a more personalised and comprehensive service, to complement their existing community health support. Our goal at Baby & You is to provide parents with evidence-based guidance as they navigate the noisy space of parenthood. Our services encompass a broad spectrum: • Breastfeeding education and support • Guidance on bottle feeding and combination feeding • Newborn and postpartum care • Normalizing newborn, baby, and toddler behaviour along with coping strategies • Sleep education and assistance for infants and children up to 5 years • Education and support for introducing solid foods • Monitoring growth and development • Assisting in the adjustment to various parenting challenges • Prioritizing maternal and paternal well-being As Child and Family Health Nurses and mums ourselves, we are passionate about supporting, educating, and encouraging parents from the fourth trimester until their little one is five years old. Appointments are available via telehealth nationally or as home visits throughout Sydney.
